Shipments Within Australia

Orders are generally despatched by Australia Post within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped free of charge to any destination within Australia.

All packages are well packed to protect the contents and are insured and trackable.

You will be notified of the tracking details by e-mail when your order has been despatched so that you’ll have a good idea of when it should arrive.

If your order is a gift that you would like shipped straight to the recipient, we will personalise the parcel, by including a special greeting from you, at no extra charge.

Free shipping within Australia may not apply to custom orders such as large fabric orders. For such custom orders, shipping will be calculated and advised at the time your order is placed.

Returns Within Australia

We want you to be as happy as possible with the products and services from Quilt A Kit, but we use humans to cut and pack our products, so we recognise that sometimes mistakes can happen and we will do our utmost to promptly fix any issue with our products.

We ask that you open and check all parcels from us as soon after receipt as possible and let us know within 14days if there is a problem.

If you have ordered a pre-cut kit and find that there is a piece missing, please contact us and, if the fabric is still in stock, we will replace the piece immediately, free of charge. If the fabric for the piece is no longer available, we will work with you to modify the design and provide you with an acceptable alternative fabric, free of charge, to complete your project.

If you have any other issue with a purchase, please contact us and we will help you decide if you need to return it. All products to be returned must reach us within 30 days of the date we despatched them. Please note that fabric to be returned must be unwashed, free from the smell of smoke and not have been stitched.

In most circumstances, we will refund the shipping cost of returning a product to us.

We do not exchange kits or patterns, unless we have agreed that this is the only way to rectify an issue.

International Shipping

There are some products, such as accessories, that we do not ship outside of Australia and some countries to which we do not ship at all. Currently our international shipping list outside of Australia includes Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.

Please contact us if you would like to place an order and your country is not on our international shipping list.

Shipping costs will be calculated and advised to you by e-mail prior to us processing your payment. If you do not wish to accept the shipping costs, you can cancel your order.
